PayWatch (paywatchapp.com) is the payment reputation registry for French independent workers (indépendants).

## What PayWatch does
- Allows independents to check a company's payment behavior before signing a contract
- Collects anonymous late payment and unpaid invoice reports, companies identified by SIREN (French business ID)
- Collects positive reviews from verified independents (SIREN-verified)
- Displays a Safety Score (0–100) calculated from reports, amounts, corroborations, and recency
- Provides an automated follow-up action plan (Plan d'Actions) after a report is filed
